You do not need to print your tickets.

  • Concessions and group booking rates are available for some events, you will be able to find specific information about this on the individual show page.

  • We encourage you to get in touch in advance if you have any access requirements. Scroll down for Accessibility info.

If you have any questions about your visit or our upcoming shows please email hello@stertsarts.org or call us directly on 01579 362382.

Please note: Sterts is going through an exciting period of development. There are ongoing works taking place across our site to improve accessibility and visitor experience ahead of relaunching in March 2025.

Our new 500 seat Barn Theatre offers a unique audience experience with a diverse programme of theatre, dance, live music and comedy. Our main season will open on 5th March (St Piran’s Day) and close on 31st October (Allantide).

The theatre has retained the original amphitheatre bench seating, so we recommend bringing a cushion to sit on. The theatre is wind and rain proof but is not a heated space. Therefore, we encourage you to dress for the weather and embrace the elements. Wrap up warm and bring a blanket – especially in the spring and autumn.

  • Handrails are installed on the far left and far right sides of the seating.

  • All our seating is unreserved (except for wheelchair and companion seats).

  • Please do not bring your own alcohol onto site.

We strive to offer a comfortable and accessible experience for all visiting Sterts. If you have a specific access requirement you would like to talk to us about in advance of your visit please email hello@stertsarts.org  or call 01579 362382.

All our seating is unreserved. If you need to reserve a seat due to an accessibility requirement, e.g. you need to sit near the front to lip read, please contact us directly after booking your ticket and we will make the necessary arrangements.

We do not currently have an ear loop installed. This is a provision we are committed to and hope to provide in the near future. If you require a free carer ticket, please contact our Box Office on 0333 666 3366. For any other access requirements please flag this when you book.

We have two accessible toilets and a changing place facility on site. The changing place provides a larger accessible space with equipment including a changing bench and a hoist to support disabled people who need assistance.
